Migrate Cypress e2e project from v8/v9 to Cypress v10.
Usage
nx generate migrate-to-cypress-10 ...
By default, Nx will search for migrate-to-cypress-10 in the default collection provisioned in workspace.json.
You can specify the collection explicitly as follows:
nx g @nrwl/cypress:migrate-to-cypress-10 ...
Show what will be generated without writing to disk:
nx g migrate-to-cypress-10 ... --dry-run
